Strawberry Turn-overs
For April first we went and picked 50 pounds of strawberries.
I found plenty of things to do with them.
For 12 turn-overs:
4 C Strawberries
2 Pie Crust
1 TBSP Sugar
Cut pie crust in 4''/4'' Squares.
Cut strawberries in cubes and mix in sugar.
Drain remaining juice.
Set the oven to 400 degrees and cook for 8-10 minuets or until brown/gold.
You can cool it or eat it hot. Its your choice!
Enjoy!
For a glaze:
1/3 C butter
2 C powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 TBSP hot watter
Melt butter and stir in the next two ingredients until smooth.
Take off heat and stir in hot watter.
Take a spoon and drizzle over your turn-over
