Mini Apple Pie Turn-Overs

Ingredients:
2 C Apples
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp of Lemon Juice
1-2 Pie Crust
In a large bowl cut and peel the apples into chunks.
Add the lemon juice and mix with the apples.
Cut your pie crust into large Squares and set aside.
Put the dry ingredients in with the apples and mix.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minuets or until golden brown.
Enjoy!

Strawberry Turn-overs





For April first we went and picked 50 pounds of strawberries.
I found plenty of things to do with them.
For 12 turn-overs:
4 C Strawberries
2 Pie Crust
1 TBSP Sugar

Cut pie crust in 4''/4'' Squares.
Cut strawberries in cubes and mix in sugar.
Drain remaining juice.
Set the oven to 400 degrees and cook for 8-10 minuets or until brown/gold.
You can cool it or eat it hot. Its your choice!
Enjoy!





For a glaze:
1/3 C butter
2 C powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 TBSP hot watter
Melt butter and stir in the next two ingredients until smooth.
Take off heat and stir in hot watter.
Take a spoon and drizzle over your turn-over

Coconut Snack Mix

All you need is:

2 C Roasted Coconut
1 C Chocolate Chips
1 C Almonds
1 C Walnuts
2 C Crasins
1 C Mashmallow's
Mix All Things in a Ziploc bag and Enjoy!
This is the most easy recipe so far!

Cinnamon Cookies

1 White Cake Mix
1 Egg
1/2 C Veggie Oil
Cinnamon

Mix the first 3 ingredients to make a cookie dough.
Make one inch Balls and dip them in cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
Enjoy!
They are fast and delicious cookies!

Puffed Oven Pancake

Ingredients:
2 TBSP Butter
3 Eggs
1/2 C Baking Flour
1/2 C Milk
1/4 tsp Salt

Melt Butter in oven at 400 degrees. Beat eggs till combined in a big bowl.
Add flour, milk, & salt. Beat Until Smooth. Pour into the buttered pan.
Bake in oven for 25 min. or until puffed and well brown.
Enjoy by topping Powdered sugar or Maple Syrup on the top!

Homemade Dulce De Leche Hot Cocoa

To make one cup of this hot cocoa you will need:
2 TBSP Carmel Syrup
1 TBSP  Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 Cup Warm Milk
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Carmel Shavings
Whipped cream

First step to making this drink is that you need to put the chocolate chips in a cup and pour the hot milk over it.
Next you pour in the Caramel Syrup and mix in heavy whipping cream.
Put whipped cream on and top with caramel shavings and cinnamon!

Quick Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 drops food coloring, or as needed (optional)

Directions

  1. Cream room temperature butter with a hand mixer, the paddle attachment of a stand mixer, or a wooden spoon until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until fully incorporated. Beat in vanilla extract.
  2. Pour in milk and beat for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add food coloring, if using, and beat for thirty seconds until smooth or until desired color is reached.
